Oil Coolers- air blast

Air Cooled oil coolers are designed and manufactured in TAAM engineering, Nashik. Fin tubes and turbulators used in oil coolers are made in our plant. We are equipped to design and manufacture oil coolers of any size and duty. Oil coolers to cool the following oils can be manufactured and supplied:

• Lube Oils

• Hydraulic Oils

• Gear Oils

• Marine Lubricants

These oils offer low heat transfer coefficients. We select suitable turbulators for improving the oil side heat transfer coefficient with minimum possible pressure drop. As mentioned in our homepage, our fin tube manufacturing machines produce fin tubes of any length. Thus there are no size limitations for the oil coolers manufactured at TAAM.

Following combinations of material of construction subject to corrosion resistance are available:

• Tubes: Stainless Steels, Carbon Steel, Copper, Admiralty Brass, Cupro Nickels, Brass and other Copper alloys

• Fins: Stainless Steels, Galvanised Steel and Copper

• Turbulators: Stainless Steels, Galvanised Steel and Copper

We have in-house facilities for grit blasting and coating the oil coolers
